our story
The IMPACT Center began with a personal vision and a shared commitment to change. Nathan, our founder and program leader, built the Center from his own lived experience — having faced many of the same challenges our kids navigate today. After years of working in school settings with students struggling emotionally and behaviorally, he knew there had to be a better way to reach and support them. That belief became the foundation of everything we do.
Here at the IMPACT Center we’ve created a space where kids are supported, families are welcomed, and growth is possible — one relationship at a time.

At the IMPACT Center, we believe kids grow best in environments built on trust, structure, and connection. Our mission is to walk alongside them as they face life’s challenges — not to control them, but to guide them with care and consistency.
We focus on relationships, not just rules. We help kids understand the why behind expectations and how their actions affect others. With steady, compassionate adult supervision, we help them build new habits and make better choices. While we use proven behavioral practices, what truly makes our work effective is the power of human connection.
We’re here to make sure no child ever feels like they have to figure it all out on their own.

What sets the IMPACT Center apart from other afterschool programs is our focus on connection and growth. We don’t just enforce rules — we guide kids to understand why those rules matter and how their actions affect others. With consistent, caring adult support, we help children build healthy habits and learn life skills in a safe, structured space. While we use proven strategies from behavioral programs, it’s the power of strong, trusting relationships that makes them truly effective here.
